A little about me...
Helping clients buy and sell the city I love.
As a Cincinnati native, I provide a wealth of knowledge and expertise to deliver an exceptional client experience. Whether buying or selling a home in the northern suburbs or steps from the river, I artfully unite extraordinary homes with extraordinary lives.
I began my career working in the Nashville music industry after earning my business degree from Belmont University. As an artist manager and business manager for international recording artists, I was responsible for promoting, managing and booking artists while overseeing daily business operations. As a result of my endeavors, I was a finalist for the prestigious Robert E. Mulloy Award of Excellence, a coveted honor recognizing achievement in the music industry.
After seven years in Nashville, I returned to my Cincinnati roots and founded the Belshaw Agency. The results-driven marketing firm works with clients to research the competitive landscape and then use that information to help them reach their potential. Because of my extensive experience representing large global brands, my marketing know-how helped me quickly gain a foothold in the Cincinnati region.
Today, I apply the same marketing prowess and business experience when helping you find your dream home or when getting your home sold. My passion for excellence, coupled with my global marketing experience, results in an unmatched level of service to you.
Buy a home
Live in a home that inspires you.
I take great pride in using my expertise, resources, and global connections to perfectly unite extraordinary places with the extraordinary buyers who will cherish them.
Whether purchasing your first or fiftieth home, the right advice and guidance are paramount. I will listen to your needs and find your perfect home, ensuring you are informed and educated at every step. I will represent your interest foremost throughout the purchasing process, negotiating the best possible purchase price, advocating through inspections, and ensuring a successful closing. After the boxes have been unpacked, you will live in a home that inspires you.
Sell your home
Luxury is not a price point, but a level of service.
To sell your home for the most amount of money in the least amount of time, you need as many qualified buyers to see your home as possible. You need a team of marketing professionals with extensive experience marketing properties not only on Zillow, Realtor.com, and throughout Cincinnati, you need the international marketing prowess of my 6-member marketing team and the full strength of Robinson Sotheby’s International Realty.
I have become the most informed professional in my region and promote the interests of my clients with consummate thoroughness. I artfully combine cutting-edge technology and time-tested strategies to deliver remarkable results, all while working tirelessly to exceed expectations. For every client and every home, luxury is not a price point but a level of service.
